About this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Indus Informatics LLP (“we”) handles personal information on indusinformatics.com. These Terms apply to users accessing or using the Site from India, the United States, and other jurisdictions where applicable. Contact: admin@indusinformatics.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what you submit or what is needed to run the Site:

  • Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company, country/region, phone, product interest, and comments. Sent to admin@indusinformatics.com.
  • Careers: position, name, email, phone (optional), portfolio URL (optional), and resume. Sent to careers@indusinformatics.com.
  • Signup / trial: name, company name, email, India (+91) or USA (+1) calling code, phone, password, and Google reCAPTCHA.
  • Login / forgot password: email and password (login), or email and puzzle answer (password recovery). After login we set an authentication cookie for your PeopleSkill workspace.
  • Chat: messages you send in the PeopleSkill chat widget (Botpress), if you use it.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, and pages requested as part of ordinary site operation. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. This Site does not collect payment card numbers.

How we use and share it

We use this information to reply to inquiries, review job applications, create and operate PeopleSkill accounts, provide chat if you use it, and keep the Site secure. We share it only with the tools that run those features: email via Gmail SMTP from team@indusinformatics.com, our hosted database and company subdomains for accounts, Google reCAPTCHA on signup and the contact form, Botpress for chat, and CDNs/fonts used by the Site. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We keep information only as long as needed for that purpose (including while an account is active). Temporary resume files used to send a career email are removed after sending.

Cookies

We use session cookies on login, signup, and forgot-password pages for security, and a login cookie after you sign in. reCAPTCHA and the chat widget may set their own cookies. There is no cookie banner because we do not run advertising or analytics cookies. Blocking cookies may stop login or signup from working.
