Using this Site
This website describes our PeopleSkill CRM/ERP and monitoring services. You may contact us, apply for jobs, create a account (Try for free / signup), log in or recover a password, and use the on-site chat widget. This Site does not process payments. Use of a PeopleSkill workspace after login may have additional product terms shown in that application.
The Site is for business users and job applicants. Keep your login details confidential. Provide accurate information. Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security (including reCAPTCHA), or send spam through forms or chat.
Accounts and forms
Signup collects name, company, email, phone, India (+91) or USA (+1) region, and password. Company names become a lowercase workspace identifier. After login we set an authentication cookie. We may refuse or close an account if details are inaccurate or these Terms are violated.
Contact form submissions are used to reply to you via admin@indusinformatics.com. Career applications and resumes are used only to evaluate hiring and are sent to careers@indusinformatics.com. Applying does not create an employment offer.
Content and third parties
Site content, including the PeopleSkill and Indus Informatics names, belongs to Indus Informatics LLP or its licensors. You may use the Site for its intended purpose. The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA, Botpress chat, Gmail for email, hosted account servers, and standard CDNs/fonts. Those services have their own terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by Indian and U.S. law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the Site. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable Indian law or U.S. state law.
We may suspend access for security or if these Terms are violated. We may update these Terms; continued use means the current version applies.
